AnMed Health Rehabilitation Hospital is a 45-bed Joint Commission -certified medical rehabilitation hospital located off Simpson Road at 1 Springback Way. We offer a wide range of services and program levels designed to help individuals reach their optimum level of function and independence following an injury, illness or surgery such as amputation, arthritis, brain injury, hip fracture, spinal cord injury, brain injury, neurological disorder, or multiple trauma. 



Also, our Stroke and Parkinson's Disease specialty programs have earned us accreditations and recognition as a HEALTHSOUTH Stroke Rehabilitation Center of Excellence and a Parkinson Foundation Proficient Facility .  

Service Levels

  • Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation - in-house medical director for medical management, 24 hr. nursing care, an intensive interdisciplinary program (up to 3 hours a day, 5-7 days a week), patient education, and caregiver training geared toward returning patients home at a higher level of functional independence.
  • Outpatient Neuro Day Treatment - provides an intensive interdisciplinary program (3 hours a day, 3-5 days a week) designed to maximize a patient's level of functional independence, ability to manage their lives, participate in leisure activities, and function in their community. This program is for patients who do not or no longer need medical management or 24 hr. nursing care.
  • Outpatient Rehabilitation - provides a single or multi discipline program (2 - 3 visits a week) of highly specific treatment designed to continue the patient's progress toward maximum functional independence.

  • VitalStim therapy (dysphagia)
  • SaeboFlex therapy (neurological arm weakness)
  • Anodyne therapy (neuropathy pain)
  • Lee Silverman voice treatment (neurological speech deficits)
  • AutoAmbulator (weight-supported, robotic gait training) - coming this year
